If a shop were to build one for you and stick a muffler somewhere probably $250, you'd want some nice purdy chrome tips on it though so add a bit for that. I was quoted $220 recently to have one built from the header back, everything but tips.

Well for a start, you'll need a GT header pipe that connects to the manifold. It's peculiar in that there is a plate with 6 holes that bolts to the manifold and two down pipes that converge into one. There are posts on the site that give pipe diameters for the total exhaust system, you can use the search feature to find that. As for price, IDK, I had a true custom dual exhaust made for Willit? from the manifold down pipes back, I supplied the mufflers and mandrel bent 90 and 180 degree tubes and it cost me right at $350. I think your biggest problem and cost will be the header.

Carter;
OGTS sells the head pipe, which is the critical piece you need. The rest can be done by a good muffler shop. But, if you're trying to be frugal, I have a couple of used head pipes that I'll sell cheap and I can ship cheaper than anyone.

OK i'll have to look again tomorrow i migh thave those header peices. Also i will check out a muffler shop in the area. I have a welder myself but i am bad at using it and should prob just let the pros do this part. Also BQS4 i will let you know if i am interested i still don't really know what i have myself. All i know is that now with no exhaust this thing sounds like an absolute Beast.
