Unanswered: Exhaust manifold to head pipe bolts
length, thickness and thread pitch of the bolts that join the head pipe to the exhaust manifold?

I find it best to replace them with studs and then use brass nuts. The studs make it much easier to install the pipe and the brass nuts will not seize.
The studs need to stick out a little further than the head of a bolt would, about 15 mm.
