henri to save some posting problems with photos ,you do not need to post to your album and then link to a thread
all you have to do is have the photo in a jpeg of 640 x400 and use the manage attachments button below the note box you type in in there you can browes for the pic in your own files and add it then we get the small thumbnail which expands when you click on it the way you are doing it gives a small thumbnail only and saves having a double post of a picture hope this helps

From previous posts these headers are known for the problems you have, most are bashed and ground to fit - you must have a new set!
You may find that the rear pipe contacts the engine mount too ...... Nothing for it but to grind away the exhaust header flange and ding the pipes - that way any other intake should fit if you change intakes.

I would grind the header flange. You may also have clearance problems with the #1 exhaust pipe and the intake. I've been able to get clearance by grinding the intake. I've also beat the header with a ball pein hammer for clearance and stress relief.
