I'm planing to use 2,5" exhaust on my 2,4. It shall have 2x 45mm Dellorto, and a 4-2-1 exhaust manifold and a Kent Cam OP254.

2.4 exhaust system

If you are going to use the stock exhaust manifold (not a bad choice) you need to run 2 1/4" (58mm) pipe from the "y" back. Use one front muffler(2 1/4 in aND 2 1/4 out) straight through, with a Y pipe going just behind the muffler going over the axle and out the back at the exhaust dimples. Use resoniator tip to quiet down some of the sharp tone that comes on about 2500 and continues to about 4500 RPM.
