Unanswered: V-belt rotation mark?
Today I performed a tune-up to my car, and after I finished I noticed two tiny arrows printed on the new v-belt. Could they be "rotation" marks as on tires, to point towards correct installation? Unfortunately they do not coincide to the engine's rotation as I've put the belt on, so to be able to say "even if they are rotation, it is correctly positioned..." I have never heard of belt rotation marks, and none of the previous belts I've used had any. For the most propable they are construction markings, but I thought I should ask if somebody has come across this. Thank you in advance...

Thank you Baz! I have never come across rotation marks on v-belts before. I learn something new everyday!!!!
I turned it the other way around, and now they point towards the rotation. Fortunately I saw it soon, less than 30mins operation on the wrong side... Cheers!
