Unanswered: Flywheel resurfacing

Before I take a used 1.9 flywheel down to have it resurfaced, I have a question I could not find an answer to.
Common sense says that when they resurface the face of the flywheel where the clutch disc seats to they will also need to cut the outer face that the pressure plate bolts to. Is there a specific measurement that the disc plate face should be from what the outer pressure plate mounting surface should be?
Didn't see any info in the forums. Thanks for your help.
