Unanswered: clutch/flywheel specs?

Ok, my clutch has been slipping at WOT. Thinking I put it in wrong, I pulled the whole setup yesterday to find it all there fine. Maybe a bit too smooth, but not badly glazed at all and no heat markings.
The clutch disk still shows to be a little more the 1/4" total thickness. What are the specs on a stock disc's tolerances?
And what depth should the flywheel's friction surface bee from the mounting surface for the pressure plate?
My thinking (cause I got it with a bad tranny, and haven't done any other driving on it), is that maybe the PO had the flywheel resurfaced but not the mouting surface like it is supposed to be.
Otherwise the clutch, pressure plate, and flyhwheel all look fine to the naked eye. It just slips under full throttle.

Thanks.

Ah well, I cleaned it all up, resurfaced it all, and it works fine. Seems the pivot arm needed to be adjusted.
