Unanswered: return spring

Hey all. Just got my 5 speed in and have a question. What spring did you guys use for the clutch return spring. The spring for the 4 speed is too short to use. I need a longer one for the 5 speed. Any help.

Just go to the "Help" section of your local auto parts store, they have a bunch of different sized springs there usually. Just be sure to measure what you need.

The napa here actually has a "universal spring"...... only costs a coupla dollars, basically a spring with about a foot of straight wire on one end you cut to size and bend over.Works great.
