I would go back to the basic's. Set the Engine to #1 (so # 1 is firing) Trace the firing order down, so the the trigger is firing. Follow the timing around in the order that Bob mentioned. Step by step. The bottom line here is that your timing is off. And it sound's like the firing order is off too.
