Unanswered: missing meter from Weber

I have a Weber 32/36 carb that is missing a metering screw. Shown is a screw from my other carb and the spot it came out of. Does anyone have a "parts" Weber or is this something that can be purchased directly from Weber? Thanks for your imput. Gordy

Hey Gordy,
Yep, you're missing the idle jet, and the idle jet holder. 2 parts. These are easy parts to find. My favorite source is webercarbsdirect.com. They have all the jets, holders, gasket kits, and complete carb kits. They have always had my order delivered, super fast. Thanks to them, I have a treasure chest of jets, tubes, holders etc. I won't go anywhere without them.\

Another option is to contact 'bigjim5551212', he has a business that specializes in Weber parts. I just ordered a 32/36 DGEV repair kit, roller bearing conversion, power valve, etc from him two weeks ago, got it in a few days.

I appreciate your offer sawdust but don't get down that way too often. I ordered the jet from Jim. The other item I need for the carb is the brass vacuum fitting (hollow round fitting that presses in to the carb side below and ahead of the choke mechanisum). Anyone with a parts carb that could help with that. Glad to pay what you need for it.
