Unanswered: weber 45 dcoe jets...

a few moths ago i did a complete overhaul of my webers with the help of my special carburator manuall ...

it was very easy and i learnt alot...

i wrote down the follow specs...

butterfly's 78°

primairy ventury 36

auxiliary ventury and choke 45 ( think it needs to be 4.5 its been a while )

intake and discharge valve 40

fuellpumpjets 45

acceleratorpumpjet 10mm = 1cm (~3/8")

ideling jets 55f8

emulsiontube: aircorrector 155
mainjet 115
emulsiontube F 16

starterjet 85 F9

they were on a 2.0 cih

my questions are: is the mainjet not to small for a 2.0
what should i change to run a stock 2.0 to get more then 115 hp
what should i change if i'm going to install them on a stock 2.4 and later on a heavy tunes 2.4
what is the estimated power in every single case of my question ( 2.0 and 2.4 )

i know this almost looks like an exam ( i can know because it's my examperiode :-)) but i sure would appreciate any advice...

i have used the searchtool and i printed those results but maybe i am able to reuse some jets to save some money
the info for the 2.4 should be the best of the best

you might get a ball park answer but there realy is only 1 way you can get it right for your car
you would need to have it set up on a rolling road by a tuning company
they will have the jets to change the variables so the car is running perfect

I thought a stock 2.0 only had 105 - 110 hp and that the 2.2E has 115hp
