We shipped out to him whats left of the amount which actually is equivalent to only the DSD steinmetz manifold. If he can NOT understand what his money was just able to purchase.

As to your "warning/ threat or whatever"...ANYTIME PAL!!!

HE ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE DSD MANIFOLD ONLY!!!!

Shipping cost aten up most of the payment he made, because it took almost 3 weeks to get the money from him thorugh PAYPAL. We have to open an account first witrh PAYPAL and open an accoutn for a bank that transact with PAYPAL.

The warehousing charges/ day ate up the cost("DEMORAGE") because payment was not received although already sent through PAYPAL. Thuas, evetrybody knew of the warehousing charges of the logitics company that handled the shipping. We recommneded for him to pay through Western Union but he still pursued PAYPAL (which has a lot of payment contests going on!!!).

So, to all logical and reasonable guys here, consider the conditions above that led to his paying only for the DSD manifold.

For the infoprmation of all.

Thanks
I am not getting into a pissing contest with this dude after a year has gone by. He agreed that the price he originally asked for was acceptable for both intakes. Which he said had both been shipped seprately! He also agreed to accept PayPal as payment. As for shipping, I attempted to contact my daughter, who was at that time stationed some where in the Phillipines, in the US Army asigned to Special Forces and Operations. I could not get in touch with her due to her assignment. I agreeded and paid for all shipping via UPS.
I marked this rip off as an education on who to trust and not to trust doing business with. I have sold and chased down a lot of parts for other members of the Opel community, and in one or two cases I have had some state that they had problems with an item I shipped to them and I responded by either replacing the Item or refunding all of their moneys and letting them keep the item. So as for having the authorities go after him that ability to act on is still there, I just have not pursued it.
This incident happened well over a year ago, it is past history, and the timing of his responce, well you decide. So if some one wishes to purchase items from this dude more power to to both parties. I hope HISTORY does not repeat it's self.
