Unanswered: Time to restore my Ascona!
wow, it's been about 2,5 years since I have visited opelgt site. Nice to see familiar usernames around (Hi Gene!). Well, I've been working, I saved some money and now it's time to fix my car as well. On the good side, mechanically the car is in a very good condition. So my priorities are fixing the body (paint, removing rust , nickel trims, rubber seals etc.) and the interior (seats, dashboard etc.).So, I would like to tell me, if you know, if there are any compatible non-ascona parts that will fit my Ascona. More specifically speaking about rubber parts of it. Are the ones that the car has generic seals that can be found in other cars also, or are somewhat Ascona specific? I know about stuff that Dr.Manta has, but I want to try to spend fewer cash if I can find some more common parts here in Greece. I appreciate any help and any advice! Thanos |

You can find parts from Anthony Drosos [alpharm@otenet.gr] Athens, Greece
Good luck with your project. Pete
