74/75 Bumper weight

I just removed my 75 Sportwagon's rear seat, seat belt retractors and rear metal panel, It weighs 87 pounds!
Any idea what front and rear bumper assemblies(bumper, trim, bumper shocks)
would weigh for a 74-75 Ascona/Manta.
I am getting into making the Sportwagon lighter

The bumpers, without the lights and rubbers on them, are 22 lbs.
