Wagon windshield

Ok I'm looking at having a wagon here shortly but it could use a windshield. It's not critical but I'm not a fan of cracked glass. Bear with me if this is a stupid question. Is a wagon on basicly the same platform as a 1900 ascona? Are the front windows the same? Where can you get a gasket for one?

I haven't had a wagon in probably 15 years so there will be more stupid questions.

Dave;
The Wagon is the same as the Ascona A/1900 Sedan. The front gaskets can be found at:
www.o-t-r.de
I hope this link works:

If not, go to "karosserie/dichtungen" on the left column, then in the drop down menu on the right, click on "frontscheibendichtung" and "Ascona A" is on the top 49.00 euros

Rick, your right. On the other hand the loose glass was not for a GT but for an Ascona or wagon. I just had to find the car that matched the window I found. I was just looking at it backwards.

I know keep it up and I'll have to have a Manta to fit the rear window louvers.

What about a manta A?

Will a Manta A windshield and rubber fit a sportwagon?

The windshields are different, and the rubber is close but too tall. However in a pinch an Ascona front rubber can be used on a Manta windshield, it just needs to stretch a bit.
