The fronts are definitely different, but I'm not sure about the rears. They mount the same way on the rear axle, but the length may be different.

Gene I can check next weekend at our Octoberfest get together as there will be at least 4 Manta B's to check the measurements for the rear, Also Dieter my actuarially know the answer?

The KONI homepage shows the same type (82-1801) for the Ascona A&B rear axle. Ascona A fronts are not available, but there is a number listed for Ascona B --> they must be different then.
Manta A & B show different rear types, and here again there are no fronts listed for the A. I can check different other sources, will come back later.
