Have you seen the new Bitter Vero? Based on the Australien Holden Statesman, with a 6.0-V8 with 378HP, for sale in Europe for 87,000 Euro plus sales tax (103,500 Euro in Germany). See here or here. I hadn't known it existed for a while, until I stumbled on to it in a German car magazine...

    Here some info

In October 2007 Erich Bitter presented the Bitter Vero to the press and the Bitter enthusiasts community in his former hometown of Schwelm. The car was presented during an impressive show with the Bitter Horsepower phylosophy as theme.

Technical base fo the Bitter Vero is the Australian Holden Statesman. Unlike with the Bitter CD2 the car was immediately presented in left hand drive configuration. Several technical modifications were necessary to make the car meet the highest European standards. From the outside the car differs from the original with a new bonnet, a new grille, new headlights and new bumpers at the front and the back. The interior is trimmed with the finest leather and Alcantara. Together with the massive power of the 6.0 litre V8 engine and the 5 speed automatic transmission, this offers the summum of driving joy to both driver and passengers.

Launch price in Germany is €102.500 excl. VAT (€121.975 incl. VAT). For an additional €3.800 excl. VAT (€4.522 incl. VAT) the standard 8 x 18" wheels can be replaced with 8,5 x 20" wheels with 245/35 R 20 tires. The Bitter Vero can be ordered directly from the Erich Bitter Automobile GmbH in Ennepetal.

That price on the English speaking site is reported incorrect in my opinion. The official German Bitter site reports the prices as 87,000 / 103,500 Euro without / with tax.
