sub menu forum tools

Today if I click mark this forum read, in the sub menu forum tools, nothing happens, but when I go to the next forum, the former forum is marked read, yesterday every thing was working normal

I had put a delay in the update to see if it had any effect on the page loading. It is back to normal now.
