Mark All Read bug

Gary going into the Forum section, scrolling down and clicking on "Mark All as Read" and then coming back a few hours later does NOT treat all as read for me. The ones that I didnt read still are bold. Isnt clicking marking all read supposed to turn off the bold on the title as though they have been read?
This one for instance is staying bold even though I click mark all read.

every time someone votes it marks it as unread
