This thing is called everytime that I try to view a picture in photos/albums.
Is this a site requirement. It all but stops my browser up to a couple minutes before a picture is displayed. A big nuisance.

Try hitting the refresh button in your browser if that happens.

I have the same problem and have assumed it was a timeout since I am using dialup(third world country AT&T service). I get about 1/3 of the picture and then it stalls. Hitting refresh just repeats the process.

If you google "page2ad.googlesyndication.com" you will find it has been a nuisance for quite some time. It must be collecting some kind of info off of our computers.

For dial ups, did you try using the "opelgt.com lite" version? The link is on the main page. It cuts out a lot of the graphics.

AFAIK, that link is just for the dynamic ad links that are relevant to the pages content.
