Chat Problems (2)

Im sure its my computer but just wondering if anyone else is havin this problem and if anyone can tell me how to fix it? When i am on my laptop like i am now and i try to get into the chat it doesnt load completely it goes to the page but then it has the grey box and it just says "Intializing SigmaChat. I will let it sit there anywhere from 5 to 45 mins and it doesnt change or progress. i have updated my java as some ppl have stated before. any ideas!!!!!!!!

Try uninstalling Java, shut down and upon restart try reinstalling Java. HTH, Jarrell

where would the java be located?

just in the control panel, under the add and remove icon...

it wasnt there i had to go to my c drive and then windows and look for it

well i figured out that it mwas because im running 95 on my laptop.... couldnt find any upgrades
