Take a moment to browse the newly added opel groups site, Several members got together in early July here in Ontario and would enjoy more interested opel owners to join in , help to arrange get togethers, BBQ's, post photos of your opel, etc. The Cruzaders Car Club from Hamilton is having an interesting all day car show at Gage Park Hamilton on Saturday August 9 2008. I believe D.J. Rockin Ray Micheals from Oldies 1150 a.m. is host. Prizes for 50's 60's costumes, judged car show live music and lots of food, proceeds to McMaster Hospital Sick Kids Unit. I intend to be there any others interested in making a day out. I realize this is short notice for making plans but proceeds go to a very worth while cause.

Tomorrow is Goderich show, combined with a beer tent on the Square. Town is already full of visitors. Shame that none of you could come.

I was in Gage park the week before thinking it was the car show date.I was on holiday seeing family and couldn't remember which weekend.Oh well I got to listen to teenage head concert etc. Didn't have the Opel as a little tight for three daughters and camping gear! I was hoping to see an Opel or two. Maybe next time.

I'm in Scarborough, I have 1 spare in my stash.
You are welcome to it with the proviso you find a replacement...I have 2 GT's and I'm bound to need a screen sometime in the future.
This will at least keep you on the road for now...

I guess I missed my chance to meet other opelers this year but if you guys are planing anything else for 2009 I live 4 hours North Of Toronto and I'm more then willing to attempt a road trip and have my car parked beside other opels for once. So keep me updated, Thanx...

I was just talking to a guy at Apple auto glass and he said he could get one shipped up from the U.S. for around $750 all cost inc., is this a good deal?
and i dont want to borrow from your stash if i cant replace it.

I could possibly have a complete GT for you for $750...it's a parts car owned by a friend...no idea what shape the windscreen is in, but it's local so you could always have a look at it...

well i think it about time you guys should see what im doing to my 69 opel. the pics arn't updated to date but there like a month old. i don't really feel like re posting my mess of pics so heres the link to another site im apart of called BuiltNotBought.ca

were a club full of young talented guys and girls that all like to build and mod cars. Are interests span from domestic to import and we respect each others choices in moding weather be an intake or a full motor swap.
