If I reference off of my presure plate i would pick the holes closest to each side of the springs. Also have them drilled out to 3/8", it will allow for stronger bolts. Make sure it gets balanced too, and marked where they mate together. When you have the flywheel surfaced make sure the go far enough down to eliminate the lip in the center for more clutch disk spring clearance.
