Here's one way of doing it, if the Manta/Ascona was originally a manual trans car. This was Dieter Heininger's (hiemue on this site) solution. He used two flat pieces of bar stock to bolt right in where the stock mount would have, and used the stock cross memeber for the tail of the 5-spd, and just drilled all new holes, the attached pics are self explanitory.

I did something similar. However, if you notice on his mount, the plates that relocate the position of the mount are made of thick plate steel. On mine, I used steel angle, but then added aluminum shims to get the height correct. I'm not saying that's better, just a slightly different way. The rubber mount was from the Getrag, and for the crossmember I used is the stock Manta piece, drilled in two places for the studs. I think I turned the rubber 180 degrees around also.
