Approximately 19 1/2" from tail shaft of transmission to seat of U-joint at the torque shaft. Or are you needing tail shaft of Tranny to face of doughnut mount?

That is truly spooky, I've been fitting a driveshaft for a 265 and dimensionally it is 1/2 inch off. Stock is 20 1/2 tranny and 19 1/2 for the driveshaft. 265 is 21 tranny and 19 driveshaft.
