Hi all,

Anyone have a trick to fit the OEM grill back into the nose of a '73 GT? I struggled for the last hour to line up the screw holes for the tiny screws, and nothing seems to line up like when I tried to reinstall the sproinged off grille. seems like the screws "just barely" do not fit, so maybe there's a trick as to which screws to put in first, top or bottom etc? Or is it just a known pain?

Thanks!

Hi, some much needed help please, The P.O. of my Opel Gt 1973, replaced the petrol tank but not the parcel shelf. I have now purchased a replacement and have also been sent a box of brackets. Where dose it all go!!! Logic says the shelf will slide onto the 2 different sized runners. But is that it or should there be more brackets fitted. The car is dangerous to drive as the spare wheel is sitting on the tank, so I must get this sorted. I take it the parcel shelf dose not actually sit on the tank,or does it. Please if you have any pictures or helpful advice I will be really grateful.
Cheers
