All righty, here we go! Let the winter projects begin.
Got the fenders off the wagon to attend to hidden
rust spots and am waiting for the flares to arrive from
opelgtsource. Studying up on the best way to attach
other than rivets, would rather they molded into the
fender itself. Heard of a 3M product (#8114?) that
works pretty good. Any experience with this out there?
I took the hood off to take care of some blemishes that
have been bugging me for the last couple years.
Other projects to fill the winter darkness include wider
wheels and tires, lowering (maybe), moving the battery
to the back and putting a new, improved fuse box in
it's place, along with the collection of relays that are
scattered throughout the engine bay. Oh yeah, and
paint, same color...white.
