Unanswered: MegaSquirt II - MegaTune 2.886

Here is a link to the screen shots that I just uploaded of my current MegaSquirt setup. I still have a lot of tuning to do, the specs for the stuff in the engine are here.

One thing that I realized is missing in the specs is the fact that I have EDIS4 ignition. Since the EDIS ignition module takes care of the trigger wheel the settings in MegaTune do not reflect that a trigger wheel is being used. In this instance MegaSquirt sees the system as a regular distributor.

Awesome screens Jeff! This should help many people out trying to get their MS system up and running; I know that I will make use of some of your settings.

Jeff, could you list the injector size you are running and the operating fuel pressure? At least then if someone has different injector sizes they can 'scale' them down or up to compensate.

I knew I would forget something .

I am running Marren 30lb injectors @ the recommended fuel pressure of 43.5 PSI.

Well I don't know what happened but the pictures are no longer in the Album I created for them and some of them are listed twice .

I know I did it correctly at first because when I tested the link it took you to the album and they were all blacked out because they were not approved yet.

Well I started to move them and now they have to be approved again

Hiro
the pics are back Jeff,
nice work!
BTW what is your max torque rpm?
because your VE table1 has a max value (90%) at a rather high rpm (7400rpm),
so I was curious about this?

I have not had the car on a dyno yet so I have no idea. So far most of the VE table has been set by doing test runs and then using the analyzer to reset the values. Since I have not beat up on the engine at all yet it probably has not seen that hi RPM location in the data.

Normally the torque starts early in the pull a flat curve would be very nice to have before the HP catches up

Thanks for posting the screenshots Jeff.
It will come in handy.
