Unanswered: FOUND!!! Intake adapter

I was at AutoZone last week and found an EFI intake adapter that looked familer. So I bought it for $15. Ad what do ya know, it fits the 2.0 MAF perfectly. Woo Whoo!! OGTS sells one for alot more in fibreglass, this one is aluminum.

if you go to Pick-n-pull you can get them off 260z for about $5

for the stock size AFM you get those off Renault alliance or fueago or a fiat x19

Is this for eliminating the stock black air box and adapting to a conical type filter (K&N)?

Question

Does anyone know the dimensions?
I'm interested if the one pictured here would work?
