Poly???
I think ABS would be better than poly. I think it is more commonly use for gas tanks too. Plus its a lot harder type of plastic. I think many people would buy them tho. Just my 2cents

The baffling would be for some folks that may want to go with FI later on. The GT tank shape could cause some fuel starvation problems when the tank is 1/4 or less under spirited driving conditions, causing fuel to move away from the fuel outlet in the tank. Another addition coiuld be a return line fitting also for FI conversions.

FI tanks
I to would be intreasted if the tank was set up for FI (baffeling andreturn line) and was a fairly simple swap with the stock one.

needs to be fi compatible. I think you could use a tank set for FI on a carb set up but if you make them for carbs then your limiting them to those only with carbs...

My answer $250.00 would be my breaking point. And to quote others, the tank would be best with a baffle for EFI use (would still work well on carbureted GTs and it would need the opening for the stock VDO fuel sending unit.

I too, would like to spend about $250. I understand that short production runs are more costly per unit. I'm looking forward to hearing if these tanks will become available. I might be willing to pay more to replace/ upgrade my original tank with a poly (abs) tank, that could be used for different fuel delivery setups.

Most of us,Ok let's say all of us end up paying more than what we'de like to pay!I'd say 250 to 350.But the better question . W.hat would be the real cost of producing this & making a reasonable profit.Don't want to feel gowged
