Hello everyone, long time no see. Just finished the move up here to Coldwater MI from Shreveport. What fun I tell yah. I finally got the GT to LA about a month before we were to move, got it all put back together within a few days. We trailered it to NC to my folks place to keep it there on a temp basis, until we get settled here. After sitting in storage for several years, my dad and I managed to get it running in 6 hours. It fired right up, no hesitation. I hated leaving it at my folks, but they had the room for it and as a plus I have someone to keep it up and going for me until i return for it. Hope everyone is doing well and happy to be back online:veryhappy
u kiddin? im waitin for the cold weather. i love snow. i may be from the south, but i love cold winters. on the other hand, i know that road salt aint good for opel bodies, gotta see what we can do about that.
Welcome to Michigan. Hope to see another Michigan GT since I saw NONE this past year (met some Opelers but didn't see any cars yet). You can have the cold snowy winters, I've had my fill.
I'll second that about the winters.
I saw a few GT's this year in Michigan but none that could move under its own power.
