I junked a whole rusty car after parting it out and found that there were things in it that I wish I had kept, so my motto is, don't junk it unless you don't have the room to store it.

I agree with Jeff. I have a scrap GT. When I'm done with it, only the rust will be going to the scrap heap.

Seriously as soon as you throw something away you will need a part that is gone. Any glass, headlight pieces,drive train pieces,interior,steering,gauges,suspension and cables should be saved unless they are too far gone to be useful and the same goes for body panels.

I agree save every Opel part you can, cleanout your closets, attic, basement, throw out old houshold stuff and fill it with Opel parts.
