Sweden tuning
That is budget building at its best
the only thing missing is the shade tree. I love the part about stapling the sand paper to the block and running the head back and forth across then I guess that is how you get the cross hatch pattern on the head surface.

O_o this kind of reminds me of how they used to hand finish babbitt bearings.
For their next trick you'll see someone "flycutting" their head with a hand tool!

Did the block top and head surface with a real 'block file' though! Just goes to show that with enough beer ... and a woman watching ... guys will do anything.
