Evidently this fell down behind the dash and is otherwise fairly well preserved. If anyone has any interest for the club archives or Opel trivia, I will donate to a good cause. I figured someone may find this interesting and I suppose could qualify as the rarest GT part if someone has the locking cap. Very neat little booklet.

It's from the original Hirschmann antenna on the GT. It's not a locking cap, but a cap that goes over the "lock" The original GT antenna had a slot in the top to put the keys you have into, turn it a 1/4 turn and pull the antenna out from being fully retracted into the fender. The cap was to cover the "lock" or slot when the antenna was extended. The GT that was recently brought out of "hibernation" in Washington has a picture of it's antenna, and it has such an antenna still on it.
