GT on Facebook

Hey guys, there is an Opel GT on Facebook! In the "spywars" game (yes, there are games on Facebook for all you non-facebookers) once you earn enough money, 60,000$ to be exact, you can buy a 70's style Opel GT! The Opel Gt is one of the more expensive cars in the game and boosts your spy powers. It is second only to the GT 2000 and an aston martin. Pretty cool! It beats out a Mustang at 40,000. To check this out, create a facebook account at facebook.com and type spywars into the search bar. Allow the app and then go to the equipment section and click transportation. The game starts with 4,000$ and you have to earn 60,000$ to get the Opel! As you get more advanced in the game, the aston, etc. also becomes available. Happy playing as you try to earn your Opel GT!!!!

I joined Facebook just to see this guys Mustang restoration photos and haven't been back (I don't really care to know what my friends are eating for dinner or that they are in a boring meeting or that they just walked the dog ). Now maybe there is a reason to go back... Thanks for posting!

There are actually about a dozen of us OGT.com members on facebook. Some (like RallyBob) are incognito, while most others simply use our given names. And there are at least two classic Opel sites:

This was created by our own (or whoever is willing to take responsibility) Charles Goin, and has 43 members, about half of which are also OGT.com members. Mary Lawson is probably the most active facebooker here, and is likely responsible for more than half of my Opel facebook friends.

No worries, John, I already have to keep tabs on my daughter Rachel, who was only granted facebook privileges last month on her 13th B'day on the condition that I have full access, and that my wife can use her log-in to play Scrabble (or whatever the facebook copyright version is called) with her sister, since Myrna WON'T sign up. I noticed that Rachel was logged in just past midnight, and that our 20 year old daughter was still on when I went to bed at 1:30. As for the oldest (Ashley, 24 and married) she won't even LET me be facebook friends with her, as she says it is a young person's web site. Tell that to the 80 friends I have on facebook who are old like me
