Goodbye to the Opel...

Well, tomorrow the new owner of my GT is comming to pick it up. He is flying in and driving it to its new home in Montreal. Im sad to see it go, and to not be a part of the community anymore... But i wont be completly opel-less yet, i still have a parts car im going to be parting out here in the next couple of weeks.

Thank you all for the help you have givin me, and for all the good times at the few opel meets i made it to. This site is great and has been my home page sence i got the car, and i dont think i will change it.

I dont think its the end forever though, ill alwas have the soft spot for these cars. It was my fist car, and i plan on having one as one of my last cars.

Goodbye for now!

-Chris

Oh, you'll be back with another Opel. Hope the new owner appreciates it. Try not to stay away too long.

Sorry to see you go...

Sorry to hear you are selling your GT. Sounds like you already have plans to come back to Opels in the future so we'll see you then!

. . . last time I checked, there's never been anything in the site "rules" that says you can't belong here and participate in forum discussions without actually owning an Opel and, though the site is opelgt.com, all Opel variants, even an occasional Bitter, are always welcomed as are automotive insights garnered from other brands . . . witness the recent "Pontiac's demise . . ." thread.

OK, hopping off my bandbox . . .
