I think it should somehow automatically pop up as required reading when our new people are registering. It is humorous, yes, but informative! I don't think anyone would be upset if they were sent this link as required reading even after they have joined if it looks like they could benefit from it.
Were I a moderator I would keep it very handy and tactfully post it often.]

Well, I am called a lot of things but "tactful" isn't an oft-used adjective I have heard. So I just "stuck" it at the top of this Forum, and I think when I get bored some night the other Forums might also get the same treatment
