Guys, I know this is a bit off topic, but.....
Can any one tell me if the electrical system on a '74 manta is positive or negitive ground.
I still haven't figured out how to start a new thread.

I guess I hit the wrong key when typing my question, the electrical system & engine are a '71 manta, not '74. it should be the same tho, right ? Just a sidebar note. this engine, trans, and rear are in a '52 Crosley pick up.

Well I believe early vintage Chrylser Corp cars had positive grounds too. 40's 50's era.

Early Studebakers were positive ground too. Think they switched to negative ground when they switched to the 12 volt system in the mid 50's.
