Ran accross a 88 impulse, suspension by Lotus Badges, non torque tube rear.
Anything on this car I should grab for my Manta before it goes to the crusher?

brake system possibly, I'm not 100% sure the rear brakes will work as I ahve not ran across a 88 yet, but I do know that the raer are adaptable from tha 86 and 87 model, the front spindle are very simular to the GT and may adapt. Check for electric window system generally cable operated, there for will work on the GT and Kadetts but not the Manta, unless in 88 they went to a system simular to the Manta. fro the most part cometics, interior overhead lights, front seats, possilbe seals for trunk, doors, and windshiled washer bottles as the pump is built in, you just need to invest a little time taring it down to see what will work. quit a but will work on the GTs from like I said from the 86 & 87 Impulse, unsure of the 88 model.

I could use the front strut bushings if they are in good shape also the lower ball joints if the are the extend type, as I have the same front suspension under my GT. AC compressor (Sanyo).

FYI, actually Sankyo . . . Sanden now. Sanyo is electronics company. Sanden US headquarters and manufacturing plant is just up the road from me on FM544 in Wylie, Texas.
