Unanswered: Brake Fluid- Whats the best type??

ive installed 3/4" brake cylinders in my GT and i want to purge the brake fluid from the whole system... i was thinking about using Valvoline synthetic.... whats is the best kind to use??? how much volume is required to purge the system??

Try ATE Blue, it's good stuff. A bit pricey, but worth it. You don't need much fluid volume, two containers is plenty.

I used napa dot5, but I replaced all the rubber in the system. You may want to stick with dot3 or 4 if you didn't work on the MC or fronts.
