As I recall, there is a seal/boot or something but if you have fluid in the booster, then the master is leaking (which is a different seal).
The master rebuild kit is available from several places. The booster would need to be sent out for rebuilding. I had Vanco in California do mine and I am very happy with it. Probably about a $125 for that. If your brakes have felt fine and operated okay, the booster probably doesn't need anything. Just make sure the seal at the vacuum fitting is sealing properly.
