Elmer, I just went through this a few weeks ago. Unless you can get lucky and score a set that has been sitting on someones shelf there aren't any available. OGTS didn't have any when I called. Beck Arnley had 19 pair in their warehouse a few weeks ago, all boxed incorrectly. They since been shipped back. You have basically two choices: switch out the early style e brake cable with a newer one and use the readily available later style shoes with the hook or figure out a way to attach your brake lever to another set of Opel brake shoes.
If you have a donor car and aren't sure about the type of brake cable used a quick check before removing the drum is to look for the type of axle breather that is used on the top right side of the center diff. The earlier style like yours has a little metal breather while the later style has a plastic breather rising up from the tube and is much more visible IF it is still there otherwise you're looking for an aprox. 8mm dia. hole.
