Unanswered: Engine Removal

What is the MINIMUM amount of things that absolutley need to be removed from a GT in order to swap an engine. I would like to make this a weekend job if possible. Also.. would new gaskets be needed for the intake/exhaust manifolds if they need to be removed?

Thanks in advance..
Jon

im not sure what all needs to be removed but i think it is a good idea if not needed, to replace any gasket from something that has been removed from anything.... just to be on the safe side
