Try Texas!

Killer Texas GT - Rodney Killingsworth (Rod's Opel Werks) has been of great help to me tracking down 1.1 L parts for my Kadett motor - well worth a try.

http://www.opelgt.com/forums/99867-post3.html

I have a few spare bits too - like 20 Intake valves - the EBay seller would not send me 4 only....

The Opel 1.0/1.1/1.2 OHV motor was used right up into the 1980's in Europe both with Opels and Vauxhalls - though the other motor used as well in the Vauxhall "Viva" is different and few parts interchange. Vauxhall Pistons are usable and I am checking out valves, springs and con rod & main bearings.
There is a 1.1L GT motor arriving here, in bits and pieces from Gobles MI

1.1 parts

Mike,
Even thro I too have a 1.1 GT it seems I haven't really had the need for parts yet but if I run across some I'll let you know.
