Replumbed as described above (in my previous post). Had to fabricate stuff which is half the fun. It could just be me but I think she runs smoother over all, idles better and has a bit better throttle response.

This is a great thread. I have the early version mentioned in this posting, as there is no fitting below the brake booster vacuum fitting.
Does anyone have a picture that would show this smaller valve cover hose connected to a Solex from the early days?
