Unanswered: need a manta measurement

hey, i'm trying to design new mounting brackets for my swap now that i'm finally able to get some work done on it. when i pulled the engine out i found that the passenger side motor mount was split in half completely, so i can't get a measurement between the 2 motor mount bolts to be able to design the new brackets since i'm planning on using a stock crossmember and motor mounts.

so if anyone has a manta with the engine pulled out of it and could do this for me it'd be great, need the measurement from the center to center of the bolts that stick up out of the motor mount that the engine backets i guess you'd call them mount to. thanks

makes no difference if its a rallye or not. also doenst SEEM to make a difference between the early and late model mounts either.

ROUGHLY it looks to be 17.5" On my early Manta mule I have the intake in teh way, and with the sons car I have everything in the way.

They're completely different crossmember mounts, engine mounts, and engine mount brackets. Which is why I asked!

hm, i didn't know that the early and late ones were different... always learning with these things

somone has to have a crossmember sitting around in their garage they could get an exact measurement off of without anything in the way... i've got 2 gt ones laying around so i'm sure someone has a manta one.
