Windshield Washer Tubes

Ok, it may be a simple question, but I searched and could not find a detailed answer. Exactly what type of hoses should I use for the windshield washer tubes? I understand that they must travel through the hood, so the must be pretty flexible.

If someone could point me to a part number from McMaster-Carr I would be very thankful.

I used aquarium air line tubing when I did mine it's about 10 cents a foot.

I use 1/4" nylon aquarium airline tubing also. It comes in 25 ft. bundles (enough for 2 cars) for a couple of dollars at Walmart. One tip is to warm up the ends and spread with a pair of needle nose pliers to flare them and make slipping on to the fittings easier. You could go with the site that you have linked in the question, but their nylon tubing #8359K14 McMaster-Carr is going to cost you a lot more.
