Unanswered: heater control valve
Do any other models use the same manual heater valve as the Kadett? Anybody found a good substitute from another car? Should be one out there somewhere, VW or something. It doesn't get as cold here in GA as elsewhere, but a little heat would be good if I ever get it driveable. the old valve a solid block of rust, but at least it kept the wasps out of the heater core!

All Opels use manual control valves, each one i configured a little different, but, with a little enginuity, something can be made to work. That is, if you can't find another Kadett one. A GT one might be the same.
