Problems Contacting Opel by Email...

After reading that several members has contacted Mr. Rainer Hopfengart at Opel with their VIN to get a history of their vehicle, I decided to try this as well via email. I waited a couple weeks and didn't hear anything so I tried again with a read receipt. I received the following error:

DNS for host de.opel.com is mis-configured.
The following recipients did not receive this message:
<rainer.hopfengart@de.opel.com>

I think I have the email address correct. Has anyone else had any problems contacting Mr. Hopfengart by email?

It looks you have the correct email address. I got my answer the day after i emailed him. Maybe his mailbox is overloaded these days?

I remember that some had gotten replies the very next day. However, I was afraid he might be getting a lot of inquiries so I waited two weeks before trying again. Hopefully the problem is temporary...
