Unanswered: Projekt 1484 - GT Production / Export figs to UK HELP
In the back of the book 'Projekt 1484' there are production / export figures for the GT. What I'm trying to find out is the number of GT's that where officially imported to the UK? As i say, it's definately in the back of the book and from memory the number is 169 / 170. Can anyone help me by having a look in their copy......i know a few of you have a copy. I'm trying to get the info to them for Monday, 4th May, so your helps appreciated. Have a great Bank-holiday weekend.

Is this what you're looking for?
Motor Mouth, I don't have the book but found this on some other site. It may be a scan from that book:

Guys, you have all been a great help........this is definately the sort of help that makes this the best GT website
![]() Thanks also to Jose who sent me a PM. Just as a note of interest, the 2 GT's imported by Vauxhall where actually brought over to gauge the work required to convert the car to RHD. Having found out that the passenger footwell was narrower and the angles for steering geometery, plus tooling etc they realised it was never going to work and that's why the GT stayed LHD..........and that's the reason it's numbers in the UK stayed so low......and why it doesn't really come onto the radar of most UK classic car enthusiasts.....which is fine by me ![]() I'm off to work on the latest project this morning, so i wish you all a great weekend.
